Grace Wilder Therapy
Grace Marriner – Counsellor & Psychotherapist
I am a counsellor specialising in grief, women’s issues, and the unique challenges faced by young adults. My practice is rooted in creating a safe, empathetic, and non-judgmental space where clients can explore their emotions, experiences, and identities.
I support women through the deeply personal journeys of reproductive health and loss – including miscarriage, stillbirth, infertility, abortion, and pregnancy complications. I also provide guidance during menopause and midlife transitions, helping clients navigate emotional and physical symptoms, shifting identities, and relationship changes. Beyond this, I work with a range of women’s health concerns such as body image, trauma, abuse, and balancing multiple roles.
Alongside my focus on women’s issues, I also work with men, teenagers, and young adults, offering therapy for grief, anxiety, and relationship difficulties. Whether in short-term or long-term sessions, I adapt my approach to meet each client’s unique needs, drawing on person-centred, trauma-informed, and holistic perspectives.
At the heart of my work is the belief that therapy can bring emotional healing, self-discovery, and practical coping strategies. I am passionate about empowering clients to move forward, find meaning, and reconnect with themselves.
Being a psychotherapist is, for me, one of the most rewarding careers possible. Nothing gives me more fulfilment than witnessing a client grow through adversity, discover their inner resilience, and embrace new chapters of life.
I am a registered member of the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society.
