During my nursing degree, I took a massage module and loved it, which led me to pursue a career in alternative medicine. I studied various therapies and later earned a degree in Homeopathy.

I started my business in 2001, from my parents spare bedroom in our North West London home, where my dad—also a Homeopath and Osteopath—ran his practice. It was a family-run business, and I naturally joined in. In my first year, I also worked part-time at SpaceNK’s spa in Notting Hill, gaining hands-on experience and training in multiple therapies while building my own client base.

Once I got married and had two kids I decided in 2014 to move my business to St Albans, where I was living with my husband and 2 kids. We built a garden room and I built up my business again for 5yrs.

We relocated to Stamford in 2019 and in 2021 we moved to our home in Tinwell where we converted our garage and in February 2024 Bespoke Holistic's by Mehi was born! I’m now building up my business again and I love it. 

We love living in Tinwell. My husband and I have two children now 11&13yrs and our lovely Lab. 

During my 24yrs of working I have trained in lots of different massage therapies and so now I offer a totally bespoke service. Everyone who comes to me gets the treatment they need and every time they come this can change to suit their needs. Be it for relaxation or for a specific problem. This is why I offer 30min, 45min, 60min, 90min or 120min massages - during the consultation we work out what type of massage you need and what areas you need me to concentrate on - therefore giving a totally bespoke service tailored to your needs.

My Dad was a homeopath. He travelled the world treating many people and had built up a busy practice over 60 years. After his sudden passing 7 yrs ago I stepped up to carry his business on - I had some big shoes to fill! but I love helping his patients and carrying on his legacy and seeing new patients. He was a great homeopath to learn from and because I have been brought up on homeopathy I know it can help for lots of emotional and physical problems.
