I’m Verity and I run Yoga with Verity. Yoga classes and events that offer more than just a movement practice. My approach is rooted in the belief that true wellbeing begins with the integration of the mind and the body, my classes blend the wisdom of yoga philosophy with contemporary psychological insight to create an experience that nourishes from the inside out.
I am also a qualified psychologist, my unique approach is fusion of western science with the ancient eastern tradition of Hatha yoga. Whether you’re stepping onto the mat for the first time or deepening an existing practice, you’ll find the space to move, breathe, and connect.
At the heart of Yoga with Verity is a commitment to whole-body wellbeing. The classes are crafted not only to build strength and flexibility but also to calm the nervous system, cultivate self-awareness, and restore emotional balance. Expect practices that include dynamic yoga and Pilates-inspired movement, deeply restful yoga nidra, and breathwork designed to reconnect you with your internal rhythms.
My offerings include weekly studio yoga classes, Pilates classes, guided breathwork, and yoga nidra sessions. I also lead seasonal retreats, creating immersive experiences that support personal transformation and renewal. Additionally, I offer bespoke corporate classes available for businesses wanting to support the wellbeing of their teams in a thoughtful, sustainable way.
My classes are for people who want to move and breathe in a way that feels authentic, intuitive, and deeply healing. Whether you’re managing stress, rebuilding after burnout, or simply seeking a mindful space to land each week, you’ll be welcomed into a community where your whole self is wlecome.
